Shakti Reynolds, Broker, REALTOR, CBR
Shakti has lived on Martha's Vineyard since 1975 when she came to the Island to co-found the Vineyard Montessori School. Prior to that, she attended Swarthmore College, Friends World College, and the International Montessori Institute of India. She has lived in Mexico, East Africa, India, and St. Croix. Shakti has been a resident of Chilmark for 28 years and raised her two children, Lauren & Ross, in the family home there. She currently still lives there with her partner, John Early. Shakti has served on the Chilmark School Committee and as chair of the Chilmark/Up-Island School Building Committee. She enjoys yoga, mountain biking, rollerblading, and the company of a diverse group of Island friends.
