Dee moved to Martha's Vineyard year round in 1974 after summering on the Vineyard for many years. She started the Island Employment Agency , an organization geared to finding jobs for summer and year round residents. Dee then became manager of the Black Dog Restaurant and Bakery for 3 1/2 years before going into real estate in 1978. Dee has been involved in all aspects of real estate for the past 30 years. She was president and principal broker of her own real estate company on Martha's Vineyard for several years before her affiliation Tom Wallace in 1992. Dee attended the International Management Academy in Irvine, CA, worked as an appraisal consultant for Appraisal Associates in Hyannis, MA, and was a director of the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Dee holds a real estate Broker's license in both Massachusetts and Illinois. Her son, Paul, who grew up on the Island, now lives in Western Massachusetts on his 108 acre farm. Dee enjoys golfing, sailing, fishing/crabbing, racquetball and all outside activities. When asked what attracted her most about Wallace & Co.
